Dutch WASH Alliance is a consortium of 6 Dutch NGOs implementing WASH projects through local partners with the aim to empower people by building and strengthening an enabling environment for sustainable WASH solutions for marginalized people .
The project is focusing on the two regions of Northern Uganda and Rwenzori. The regional partners are JESSE,HEWASA in Rwenzori and AMREF and Caritas Gulu in Nothern Uganda. Thematic partners supporting the regional programs are PROTOS, SNV and WETLands International.
At national level the consortium will partner with Network for Water and Sanitation Uganda, Uganda Water and Sanitation NGO Network and Uganda Rainwater Association .
NETWAS Uganda will facilitate learning national and decentralized learning platforms to collect lessons and evidence for decision making to influence practice and policy to improve service delivery.
