 The Uganda WASH Resource Center is a consortium of organizations that have a vested interest in improvement of information and knowledge generation, facilitating sector learning, documentation of change processes and dissemination to all water and sanitation sector players.

Vision/ Mission

To have a functional, effective and efficient central WASH information repository center that provides knowledge and information to all actors in the water and sanitation sector for improved service delivery in sustainable way.

Overall objective

Is to advance knowledge management in improving management and learning in improving and sustaining water supply, sanitation and hygiene levels of Uganda.

Specific objectives.

To create awareness among the sector actors, on the services of WASH sector, to equip stakeholders with timely knowledge and information on WASH sector, to mobilize resource for SAWA initiatives, to provide capacity building opportunities to stakeholders for improved services in knowledge management and information sharing, Promote networking among stakeholders for shared learning, to Promote effective discussion and dialogue of key sector issues.
